Job SummaryYou will:Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection servicesAdminister immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.Assess patients during intakeTake vital signsPerform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screeningPerform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experienceHelp meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activitiesResponsibilities• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting• Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record• Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.Experience• Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.?
