Job Description: Program Growth & Network Development Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality host locations for drop-off sites Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and expansion opportunities Identify and execute strategies to increase participation and material recovery Evaluate site performance and recommend improvements to optimize network coverage Operations & Logistics Coordination Oversee service and performance of all active drop-off locations Coordinate and dispatch collection for roll-off containers across the metro area Monitor fill levels, contamination, and site conditions to ensure efficient operations Support fulfillment and distribution of residential/home collection bins Partnerships & Community Engagement Build and maintain relationships with host partners including businesses, property managers, and municipalities Serve as a primary point of contact for program stakeholders and the public Actively participate in local community, business, and sustainability organizations Represent Ripple Glass at events, meetings, and public forums Outreach, Education & Marketing Collaboration Plan and execute outreach campaigns, education initiatives, and community events Support social media and storytelling efforts through content, photos, site updates, and program highlights and develop localized campaigns and engagement strategies Respond to public inquiries and promote glass recycling best practices Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track, compile, and analyze program data including volumes, participation, and site performance Use data to inform decision-making, improve efficiency, and guide expansion strategy Maintain accurate records of locations, contacts, and operational metrics Collaborate with leadership to set goals and measure program success Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, logistics, or project management roles with external stakeholder interaction Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and partnerships in a dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science or Studies, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operational details Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including public-facing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tracking or reporting tools preferred Occasional night and weekend work required Employee Type: Permanent Why Join Us?
