Now Hiring: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – McMinnville, OR Area
Contract Position through ProCare Therapy

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a motivated and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in the McMinnville, Oregon area. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Position Details:

Location: McMinnville, OR and surrounding communities
Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time applicants considered)
Setting: K–12 public school environment
Start Date: Upcoming school year
Contract Type: W-2 through ProCare Therapy

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
Provide direct and consultative OT services within the school setting
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Oregon OT license or eligibility
NBCOT certification required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
