Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and devise personalized treatment modalities to support their functional achievements
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply clinically-proven methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work together with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapeutic strategies to maintain progress outside the clinical setting
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient development and refine treatment plans based on clinical responses, ensuring effective recovery paths

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including continuing education or advanced certifications

Licensure & Certifications

• Current occupational therapist license (OTR/L)
• NBCOT certification required
