Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated, bilingual recruiter to join our Phoenix team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people find work, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll recruit skilled trades professionals for construction and industrial projects throughout Arizona, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, welders, pipefitters, sheet metal mechanics, and other skilled trades positions.

What You'll Do

• Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings in English and Spanish
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified trades professionals
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
• Partner with branch leadership to meet hiring goals
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruiting system
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and recruiting software

Preferred Qualifications

• Staffing industry experience
• Recruiting experience
• Sales, customer service, or account management experience
• Construction or skilled trades knowledge
• ATS/CRM experience
