Senior Professional Services Cash/Corporate Accounting Consultant

Job PurposeThe Professional Services Cash and Corporate Accounting Consultant provides timely consulting support to ICE Mortgage Technology clients, focusing on mortgage servicing operations and system implementations. The role evaluates current processes and system usage, identifies opportunities for improvement, and recommends best practices related to data management, operational efficiency, training, process redesign, and system optimization. The consultant also serves as a key liaison between clients, end users, and internal consulting teams to ensure successful implementation and operational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Professional Services & Consulting organization, the Consultant takes ownership of customer issues and follows through until resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Working with their team and other ICE partners, the Consultant serves as the customer's main point of contact within their area of expertise, and as backup for other team members within theirs. The Consultant contributes directly to the team's customer satisfaction standards and to the broader goals of the Professional Services organization.Required Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience using ICE’s MSP systemCash Processing: Cashiering Workstation, Drafting WorkstationCorporate Accounting: Corporate Advance Workstation, FASB, General Ledger Control FacilityExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to organize, sequence, and track multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively in an in-office team environmentSelf-managing, with minimal oversight requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel up to 35% of the timePreferred Knowledge and ExperiencePrior consulting or client-facing experienceDeep working knowledge of mortgage servicing productsStrong customer service orientationStrong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess issue severity and drive problems to resolutionGood time management and research skills#LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
