LHH is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with expert-level ADP knowledge to manage payroll processing across two separate legal entities. This part-time contract opportunity requires experience managing multiple payroll schedules, ensuring accuracy, and developing standardized procedures and training materials to support a smooth transition to a future full-time hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for two separate legal entities using ADP.
• Administer multiple payroll cycles within the same legal entity, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes.
• Create training videos, process guides, and supporting documentation to ensure consistent payroll practices.
• Organize and standardize payroll workflows to support a seamless transition to a permanent employee.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, consistency, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level ADP experience required.
• Proven experience managing payroll for multiple legal entities.
• Experience administering weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll cycles.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines within a part-time schedule.

Pay Details: $31.25 to $38.46 per hour
