Your impact We are looking for a driven and curious, client‑focused Wastewater Project Manager in the Boise area. As a wastewater project manager, you will be working with our core group of engineers and designers in the Boise, Idaho, office for clients across the Pacific Northwest region, as well the opportunity to support our regional and national communities of practice. Your work will focus on wastewater treatment systems but may include work on stormwater and conveyance projects. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging and innovative projects as the Project Manager and/or Technical Lead for projects – planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the planning and concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. You will be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development and growth strategies. Furthermore, this position is highly client facing and acts as the company’s main point of contact on assigned pursuits and projects. Here’s what you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental or Mechanical preferred) Educational emphasis and a strong interest in wastewater treatment system design and operation 10+ applicable project or design team management experience Professional Engineer license (P.E.) or ability to obtain Proven experience managing and designing small and large wastewater treatment projects Self‑motivation, team‑oriented work practices, strong data analysis skills, technical problem‑solving ability, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Ideally, you’ll also have Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical preferred) 10 or more years of direct experience in wastewater treatment systems planning and design Strong network and relationships with Idaho municipal or industrial clients on wastewater treatment system projects Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
