COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $119,000.00 - $132,000.00 (DOE) plus bonus potential | Exempt, Full-Time | Anticipated Territory: Lewiston, Moscow, and Pullman Area * Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skillset, geographic location, market considerations, and alignment with internal pay equity practices. Health & Wellness Medical, Dental, Orthodontic, Vision, and Rx - minimum 80% of employee premiums covered; dependent coverage available Employer-sponsored Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance Voluntary supplemental plans: Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, STD, Identity Protection, and more Time Off Up to 172 hours (21.5 days) of PTO accrued in your first year (prorated based on FTE) 8 paid holidays for full-time employees Financial & Career Growth 401(k) with employer match on first 4% Up to $3,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (prorated based on FTE) Malpractice insurance covered Mileage reimbursement Paid training and advanced certification in Wound Care Work-Life Quality Monday-Friday schedule | Typical hours 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM No nights, no weekends, no on-call A collaborative, team-driven culture that promotes recognition and celebrates everyday wins WHAT YOU BRING Credentials: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA-C), licensed in the state of employment Experience: 1-2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience preferred but not required - extensive paid training is provided Mobility: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance - this role covers a regional territory Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced clinical setting Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - you'll work with patients, families, nursing staff, and medical leadership daily Initiative: Self-starter who can schedule and manage appointments independently with punctuality and professionalism WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams across assigned care locations, conducting weekly wound rounds and house calls within your region Deliver high-quality skin and wound care every visit, including assessment, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor management, and minor surgical procedures Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies to guide care decisions and build individualized treatment plans aligned with UWH's Clinical Practice Guidelines Maintain timely documentation in UWH's wound care EMR to track healing progress Collaborate virtually with UWH's board-certified medical physicians and surgeons across wound care, dermatology, podiatry, vascular surgery, and infectious disease READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT?
