This full-time position is based near Marysville, WA, where you'll play an essential role in helping students achieve academic and developmental goals through evidence-based OT interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and case management
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapies for diverse student needs and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students using standardized tools to identify OT needs impacting their participation in school activities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Collaborate with educators to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide assessment reports, and maintain accurate student records
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Educate staff and families on OT recommendations to foster student independence
