About the Role:
Join Restoration 1 of Mt Pocono as a Construction Foreman in Olyphant, PA, where you will lead our dedicated team in restoring properties to their former glory. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the restoration industry while working with a company that values quality and teamwork.

Compensation:

$24–$26+ per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure high-quality work.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and skilled workforce.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role in the restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.
