Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor- Full Time 3p-11p
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Bridgewater Post Acute in Richmond, VA, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units, overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, and conducting regular nursing unit rounds. You will also ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates, and promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
