Your Daily Tasks: Building Relationships: Get to know your patients and their families on a first-name basis, offering a level of service that big chain pharmacies cant match. Clinical Support: Be the go-to person for drug information for patients and healthcare providers in the Rumson area. Precise Dispensing: Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, overseeing pharmacy techs to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whole-Person Wellness: Lead medication therapy services and give immunizations in a patient-focused setting. Working with Providers: Collaborate with local practices and specialists to make sure our patients get seamless care. What You Need: Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Licensure: Active NJ Pharmacist license in good standing. Experience: Strong clinical pharmacy skills and knowledge of drug interactions. Certification: Immunization Certified. Communication: Great people skills and the ability to explain medical info clearly to patients. Extra Skills We Like: Advocacy: Experience in patient safety or high-touch service. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA and pharmacy rules. Clinical Expertise: Knowledge in areas like hormone therapy or functional medicine.
