TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30322!

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring for patients recovering from surgical and procedural interventions
• Manage patients requiring high-frequency ventilators and oscillators
• Monitor and manage patients with intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced recovery environment
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient transitions and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of PACU experience within the past 3 years
• Experience with high-frequency ventilators/oscillators and ICP monitoring required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center PACU environment
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills in a post-anesthesia setting
