Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This is a physically demanding, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position. Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment. Majority of employees work a 4‑Day workweek. Majority of employees work during the day, no nights or weekends. Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling of products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation of previous employment. Possess the physical ability to meet the demands of the position. At least a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑based environment. Maintain a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
