We're gritty, growing, and focused on building real relationships and real solutions What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another. Available Shifts and Hours:1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm 2nd Shift - 2:00 pm -10:00 pm 3rd Shift - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour + shift prem for 2nd/3rd $.50 Key responsibilities include:

Safely operating production equipment and tools

Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials

Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Meeting productivity and quality expectations

Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates

Supporting continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For A strong commitment to safety-yours and your teammates'

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required Work Environment Our facilities are not climate controlled Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
