On-Site Staffing & Client Relations Specialist

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to serve as the main contact between Traba's workforce and the client's leadership team. The role involves operational oversight, worker onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring clear communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba ops. The position is flexible, part-time to full-time (20–40 hours/week) with in-person candidate tours and remote work as needed.
