Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, providing you with flexibility while ensuring access to the essential resources required to support your work. While mostly remote, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and participate actively in case consultations and team meetings through virtual platforms. Our full-time therapists typically work from Monday to Friday, with office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for some flexibility based on patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.

  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community support and address shared mental health concerns.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

  • Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies and ensure their immediate safety.

  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy to continually enhance your skill set.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Solid understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches grounded in evidence-based practices.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies to meet patient needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
