Key Duties As an Skunk Works® Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team for a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, experience with Microsoft Office applications, experience with cost and/or schedule, experience leading cross‑functional teams, projects, or programs, experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders. Desired Skills: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance, experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner, 5+ years of professional experience in program planning or scheduling, proposal experience, strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media, supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills, familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation, deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan, Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience, experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers, experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration, demonstrated team building skills, demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills, aerospace experience, experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be a US citizen; must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. A level 4 employee typically has 9 – 15 years of professional experience. Travel & Work Information Occasional travel may be required to suppliers or other facilities. This position is located in Palmdale, CA. Benefits Annual base salary ranges for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Washington or Washington DC: $95,000 – 167,440. For other states, the salary range reflects the candidate’s final work location.
