Inside Sales Rep - Medical Devices Full Time Trainee Mattoon, IL, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Annually This individual will help build and retain our patient database and increase hearing aid sales. A license will be required for this position but we are willing to train and mentor any interested candidate in the licensing process. Illinoisrequires a minimum of 2 verifiable years of college education. Highlights Meet with patients and conduct routine/annual hearing screenings Make ear impressions and molds, order products and supplies Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, and troubleshoot problems Assist with repair and adjustments of hearing aids Provide care and use instructions to patients Conduct post-fitting orientations and warranty checks Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functions Calling to follow-up with patients Minimum Qualifications High school diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous sales experience or customer service experience (preferred) Preferred Qualifications A strong work ethic Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients #J-18808-Ljbffr Beltopia-LL
