LoLa 41 Naples
Job description We are excited to announce we are hiring servers to join our team at our location in Naples, Florida. The purpose of a server's position at Lola 41 is to serve each guest to their complete satisfaction while exceeding their expectations. Servers have the most interaction with guests, so they have the most influence in terms of our guest's impression and their overall experience. It is so important that the server be smiling, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
They must serve the table in a professional manner and ensure that everything is perfect. Servers must be on the floor and visible to guests constantly. Servers are expected to be attentive to guest's needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed at all times.
This full-time position is compensated with base salary at a minimum wage, supplemented by tips. We're looking for someone with at least a year of server experience, who is available for various shifts including night and weekends. We are currently looking for part time and full time employees. This position is seasonal (November - Mid May, pending circumstances). This job requires working every weekend, with additional weekdays and weekends as needed.
