Business Coordinator

National Book Company, a subsidiary of W.W. Norton & Company, is seeking a Business Coordinator. This position is responsible for clerical and other support of the accounting department. This is a full-time position based out of our Scranton, PA office.

Essential Responsibilities include: Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department Manage and update files and other records with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence. Conduct research and provide assistance in various projects and special assignments Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and contribute to a positive work environment Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents Provide assistance and support to company personnel Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws Constantly update job knowledge
