We're looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a gated senior living community in Aliso Viejo serving Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents.
Three levels of living.

And one opportunity to practice therapy in a way that actually meets residents where they are.
We don't just work bankers' hours.
Because residents don't live bankers' hours.
Sometimes therapy means working on mobility before dinner.
Sometimes it's practicing a transfer in the environment where that transfer actually happens.
Sometimes it's walking with a resident to an activity so they can regain the confidence to participate independently.
Sometimes it's figuring out why someone who walked well in the therapy space struggles everywhere else.
We go where the function is.
This is what you'll do.
You'll work alongside our PT team to provide meaningful, function-focused care across IL, AL, and Memory Care.
You'll:

• Deliver individualized interventions under the direction of the PT

• Work with residents in their actual living environments

• Address mobility, balance, gait, transfers, strength, endurance, and functional independence

• Build relationships with residents and understand what matters to them

• Partner with nursing, wellness, caregivers, and community leadership

• Look for opportunities to carry therapy beyond the treatment session

• Help residents participate in the routines and activities that make their lives meaningful

Not just their diagnosis.
Not just their goals.
Them.
What do they love to do?
Where do they struggle?
What are they trying to keep doing independently?
What does a successful day look like for them?
