SAP PP/QM Lead
Location: Remote with rare travel
Lead consultant of SAP S/4HANA PP/QM module with expertise in Planning, Manufacturing, Execution, Quality Management and Warehouse.
Master Data - Bill of Materials, Work centers/Resources, Routings/Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection characteristics, catalogues and code groups.
Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with Procurement, sales and distribution, New Strategy definition.
Batch Management - Configuration, Batch determination, Batch derivation and Batch search procedure.
Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods Issue, Goods receipt.
Production Integration - Integration knowledge with costing (Product costing).
Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection.
Experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in regulated environment (branded and generic pharma).
Work with data team on functional data mapping and liaise with business wherever required.
Experience in working on onshore-offshore model.
Consulting and Client relationship skills, Excellent communication.
Liaise with business users, SMEs.
Conduct Requirements Gathering, prepare Functional Specifications, collaborate with offshore team for development, prepare training document.
Ability to design/build/test across lifecycle of SAP project, for configuration and working with development team on specs and testing.
