Job Details The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. Responsibilities include: Executing Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience. Creating an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Providing technical and product knowledge information to customers and serving as a subject matter expert. Driving individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintaining customer relationships during and after purchase (e.g., resolving customer issues, sending delivery reminders, etc.). Maintaining awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leveraging social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds.
