How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead holistic patient care by implementing, monitoring, and adapting individualized care plans that directly improve clinical outcomes.
• Champion multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary coordinator across medical teams, ensuring seamless, well-communicated, and patient-centered care.
• Advocate for patient safety by accurately assessing conditions, executing physician orders, and communicating vital updates to the healthcare team in real time.
• Drive successful patient transitions by proactively assessing and coordinating comprehensive discharge plans that support long-term recovery and reduce readmissions.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

At least a year of acute care bedside experience.
