Program ManagerThis position requires an active Secret to be considered. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.The Program Manager (PM) provides leadership and oversight for large-scale program support services contracts, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The PM will oversee multi-state or national public safety communications programs, coordinating across teams and stakeholders while applying best practices in program and project management.Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager: [Enter$] Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Program Manager Responsibilities Include:Oversee all operations at the assigned location and ensure excellent performance that meets all requirements and standardsResponsible for Daily Reporting and with input from the Government Management staff, the PSM assigns Contractor personnel to specific work areas in order to accommodate fluctuating workloadsEnsures that each Contractor employee signs an acknowledgement of the Passport Internal Controls and a Standards of Conduct within 1-day after employment and ensures Contractors adhere to internal controls, the Privacy Act, and personally identifiable information (PII) standardsHire and manage a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the life of the contractProvide timely deliverables and performance related data to the Government in order to allow adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement of support servicesConduct continuous improvement activities to realize improved service delivery capabilities and performancePromote innovation, efficiency, and effectivenessResolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.Respond rapidly to additional operational support requests and provide the appropriate levels of qualified staffParticipate in conference calls and digital video conferences with DOS and other U.S. Government agenciesMay be requested to provide formal and informal briefings to visitors or at off-site conferencesSupport USG in ongoing studies and evaluationsEnsure satisfactory conformance with contract provisions and performance metricsPerforms other job-related duties as assignedProgram Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent.Eight (8) years of progressive management experience in a production or office environment.Four (4) years managing a team the size and scope of the Headquarter personnel assigned.Four (4) years managing seasonal/temporary work force.Four (4) years of experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale program services contracts.Relevant knowledge and experience managing multi-state or national public safety communications programs or projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in program and project management tools.Ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.Company Information:Cherokee Nation Solution Link (CNSL) is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
