Develop and implement salesforce apex code for customization and enhancements. Design and implement salesforce lightning components and features to improve user experience and productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in salesforce solution design. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure smooth operation of salesforce applications. Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to propose innovative solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on salesforce development best practices. Skill Requirements Proven experience in salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning. Strong knowledge of salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in salesforce development tools such as apex, visual force, lightning component framework, and Salesforce APIs. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within salesforce platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when troubleshooting issues or testing solutions. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as salesforce certified administrator, salesforce certified platform app builder, and salesforce certified platform developer are preferred. 1.Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are preferred. Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $61,000 Pay Range Maximum: $155,000 A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
