Youth Adventure Days Program LeaderWe're looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and fun-loving individuals to help lead our Youth Adventure Days Program — a mini summer camp packed with adventure and exploration!Position Type: SeasonalAbout the ProgramYouth Adventure Days is a single-day, outdoor experience designed for kids ages 7-12 to get active, make friends, and explore nature. Each day includes:Nature HikesArts & CraftsDisc GolfScenic Chair Lift RidesLawn Games & Team ChallengesArchery SessionsResponsibilitiesLead and supervise groups of kids through a full morning of outdoor activitiesCreate a safe, inclusive, and positive environmentFacilitate games, guide nature hikes, and teach basic archery and disc golf skillsAssist with set-up and take-down of equipmentCommunicate clearly with staff, parents, and campersQualificationsExperience working with children (camps, schools, recreation, etc.)Love for the outdoors and active playReliable, patient, and energetic attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Mountain-Capital-Partners
