Pay & Compensation

Dry Van Drivers

• Earn up to $0.72 CPM
• Average 3,500 miles per week

Conestoga Drivers

• Earn 28% of gross revenue
• Steady freight

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $350 Clean Inspection Bonus
• $100 bonus for every Hazmat load (for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement)

Driver Responsibilities

As a Mint Express driver, you will:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with FMCSA regulations
• Transport freight across multiple states while meeting delivery schedules
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation records
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and receivers
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported safely
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Driver Requirements

Qualified applicants must have:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• No SAP
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations
• Experience operating ELD systems
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
