Attorney - Entry Level

Growing Tech Company in the Westside of Greater Cleveland has a need for a Staff Attorney. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. Will consider someone with 0-2 years out of law school who has passed the bar exam. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management Handle any other legal tasks and projects as assigned by senior attorneys Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar in [state] 0-2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in a corporate environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in legal research and writing Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
