Sales Representative – Paid Training + Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Allstate Insurance Agency | Central City, KY

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Our locally owned Allstate agency is growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us!

You do NOT need insurance experience to be successful here.

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a natural ability to solve problems, and the motivation to build a successful career in sales.

If you've worked in retail, wireless sales, banking, customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, or another people-focused position, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

We'll help you learn the insurance side of the business.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building relationships within our community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with prospective customers and identifying their insurance needs.
• Providing personalized home, auto, and other insurance solutions.
• Following up with potential customers and building lasting relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to help existing customers with additional coverage.
• Working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Comfortable with sales: You're willing to make calls, follow up with prospects, and ask for the sale.

Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.

No insurance experience is necessary. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain the required insurance license.
