Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM Thu: 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor for suspicious behavior, access issues, and/or operational concerns such as unsecured doors, blocked aisles, or damaged property, and communicate findings through required reports. Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with customer and employee interactions, and following post orders related to incident response and/or access control. Minimum Requirements Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. A guard card/license is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
