Shift: Day – 3x12 (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)

• Floating required between units

Unit Details:

• Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Level II Trauma Center
• Short-Term Acute Care Facility
• Total Staffed Beds: 379

Requirements:

• Active Texas or Compact RN License
• MS/Tele experience required
• Ability to float within skillset

⭐ Preferred:

• Acute care and telemetry experience
• Experience in trauma center settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to MS/Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry and patient conditions

• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform patient assessments and documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
• Float to other units as needed within scope

• Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care environment
