HR & Workforce Specialist Pulaski, TN | Full-Time | Hourly + Commission Looking for an HR opportunity where you can do more than sit behind a desk? We’re looking for an HR & Workforce Specialist to support our employees and customer in Pulaski while helping us grow our local presence. This role combines employee support, onboarding, recruiting, customer relations, and business development —making it a great next step for someone coming from staffing, recruiting, HR, or account management. What You’ll Do Support employees with day-to-day questions and workplace concerns Coordinate onboarding, drug screening, and new-hire orientations Assist with recruiting and workforce needs Build a strong working relationship with our customer Partner with HR leadership on more complex employee matters Develop local relationships and identify opportunities for business growth What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently Good judgment when handling employee concerns A customer-focused mindset with some sales drive Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, account management, or a similar people-focused role preferred The Opportunity This is a full-time, hourly position based in Pulaski , with time split between our customer location and a local office setting. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission for eligible business growth.
