Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort of our care receivers home./ppSHS empowers seniors to continue living independently by caring for day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age./ph3Qualifications/h3ulliEnjoy working with our senior population/liliBe a caring, empathetic, compassionate and reliable individual/liliUnderstand the importance of our services to our seniors/liliHave a positive attitude and be dedicated to our SHS mission/liliHigh level of emotional intelligence/liliAbility to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan/liliMaturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job/liliMaintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by SHS/liliBe proactive to find other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completed/li/ulh3Companionship and Homemaker Duties May Include/h3ulliProvide companionship/liliAssist with light housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc/liliShopping and errands/liliMeal preparation/liliMedication reminders/liliPet care/liliLight yard work/liliLight handyman services/liliOvernight supervision/liliIncidental transportation to doctors appointments, family, or their favorite restaurant/li/ulh3Personal Care Duties May Include/h3ulliAssist with dressing/liliAssist with feeding/liliAssist with showering / bathing/liliMobility assistance/liliAssist with toileting / incontinence/liliMemory care/li/ulh3Other Responsibilities/h3ulliArrive on time for all services/liliCaregivers may be contacted by management outside of standard office hours when coverage is needed for open shifts./liliMaintain documentation of all services provided/liliRecord and report changes in the clients physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff/liliCommunicate regularly and proactively with our office staff/liliParticipate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible/liliClock in and out using our care management system/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulli$16 per hour/liliFlexible schedule/liliEarn extra income/liliLasting relationships/li/ul/div
