Sr. UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Design Leadership, Product Managers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and other partners across the organization to design and redesign mobile-first digital product experiences across the Servicing Lane.
• Own end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, including user-research, conceptual wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity visual designs based upon our design system, and testing for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with a UX researcher to develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research methods leveraging tools like user interviews.com and inform Product and Design strategy.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure high quality implementation of designs and provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers, product management, and engineering during weekly reviews and standups.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas to push the user experience of our product.
• Be current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and UI/UI design.

Requirements:

• 6 – 8 years of experience designing mobile-first consumer facing digital experiences.
• Must have both native mobile app and web experience.
• Experience designing mobile-first and responsive web pages.
• Experience in fast paced environment.
• Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts and solutions.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative testing.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping software Figma.
• Knowledge of UX best practices and trends.
• Strong understanding of information hierarchy and typography.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding and designing for Angular framework.
