Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Present, promote, and sell new and used vehicles to customers. Assist customers through the purchasing process, including financing options and trade-in appraisals. Develop and maintain a strong customer base through relationship building and follow-up. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
