Associate Attorney

Full job description Job Overview Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting healthcare professionals and corporations in various practice areas, including mergers/acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, employment and labor law, commercial leasing, construction matters, and compliance issues. The position involves significant client contact. Your responsibilities will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documents, and assisting with client consultations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise across multiple disciplines while acting as General Counsel on meaningful matters. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, and is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional legal sdevices. Requirements 3-7 years of corporate or transactional experience. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia state bar is mandatory. Demonstrated knowledge of multiple corporate practice areas.
