Inside Sales Associate II

Job Title

Responsible for providing support in the selling of Resideo products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams. Drive business growth by maintaining and identifying new selling opportunities with existing customers as well as generating/converting new business with customer prospects. Identify possible improvement opportunities. Exhibit understanding of Resideo products, systems, and procedures.

Incentive Eligible (SIP) This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary, and prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay.
