Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Millwork Fabricator with a strong background in cabinetry and architectural millwork who is ready to grow within our team. This is not a management role, but we’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, contributes ideas, and can help keep projects moving in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble custom millwork and cabinetry
Read and interpret shop drawings accurately
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm solutions for custom pieces
Support shop workflow by taking initiative and staying organized
Communicate progress and challenges with management
Assist with installation as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in architectural millwork and/or cabinetry
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to contribute ideas
Team-oriented with a reliable, proactive attitude
