Job Summary Location: 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA Schedule: Part-time, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., plus either one 12-hour weekday or two 8-hour weekdays. Join a collaborative Neurosurgery and Spine practice where your clinical skills, attention to detail, and patient-first approach help create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient. As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping the practice running efficiently while working closely with providers, patients, and families in a fast-paced specialty care setting. What You’ll Do • Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice. • Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed. • Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs. • Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas. • Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

High School diploma/GED Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications
