Inside Sales Account Coordinator | Overland Park, KS Direct Hire | $24-26ph. + bonus opportunities LHH is working with a growing distribution company seeking an Inside Sales Account Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers while supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Inside Sales Account Coordinator will partner closely with customers, outside sales representatives, warehouse teams, and operations to manage accounts, process orders, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to support business growth. leading KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and product information for customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage order status updates, back-orders, product substitutions, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account activity in CRM and ERP systems.
• Support outside sales representatives by providing account updates, reports, and administrative assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory inquiries, product availability, and special-order requests.
• Generate reports and communicate sales trends, customer feedback, and account needs to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account coordination, order management, or a related role.
• Experience within distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach to service.
• Ability to handle high-volume order processing and account management.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Experience supporting both sales and operational teams.
• Knowledge of inventory and distribution processes is a plus.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
