Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. Each year, the company manufactures thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors. Director of Field Service & Innovation - North America

Location: [Insert Location] | Travel: 40-60%.
Reports to: VP of R&D, North America.

Prysmian Group is looking for a dynamic leader to drive technical excellence, market growth, and cutting-edge solutions across North America. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, influence industry standards, and ensure customers receive world-class support.

What You’ll Do:

Lead field service and innovation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions.
Build strong customer relationships through technical support and product reviews.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to create impactful solutions.
Represent Prysmian at trade shows and industry committees (ICEA, IEC, NEMA, etc.).
Benchmark competitors and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years in R&D, field service, or innovation leadership.
Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 60%.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in a technical field.
Expertise in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation.
Experience managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
