Job Description
- Lead the internal communications strategy for CVS Media Exchange, ensuring clear communication of priorities and updates.
- Own the editorial calendar for CMX, coordinating content and meetings through a connected narrative.
- Manage the monthly CMX newsletter, overseeing content planning, stakeholder coordination, and production.
- Support onboarding and new hire processes through effective communications, enhancing the experience for newcomers and managers.
- Coordinate major meetings, including development of agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to identify communication needs and strengthen team alignment.
- Gather and interpret feedback to refine internal communications and engagement strategies.
- This role is hybrid; you will work in the office 2 days per week (Tues/Weds).
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
