The Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) Physician, Lead will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, managing staff, and advancing the organization's strategic goals in women's health. Responsibilities: * Provide expert clinical care to patients, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. * Lead and supervise the OBGYN team, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff. * Develop and implement departmental policies, protocols, and best practices. * Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, including participation in the ongoing leadership succession plan. * Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. * Mentor and support professional development of department team members. * Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote women's health. Requirements: * MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Valid state medical license and DEA certification. * Proven leadership experience in a clinical or department management role preferred. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. * Ability to manage operational and clinical workflows effectively. * Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary or hospital-based setting.
