The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents in a Residential Treatment Center (RTC). The RN ensures the health, safety, and well-being of all residents by administering medications, monitoring medical and psychiatric conditions, coordinating healthcare services, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the interdisciplinary treatment team.
