The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system‑led operating entity formed to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community‑based ambulatory care. The group provides primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, urgent care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. We are seeking a full‑time Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations of three OBGYN and Women’s Health practices located in Dover, NH. Essential Functions May assume Practice Manager responsibilities. Develops administrative policies and procedures to improve operating efficiency; reviews and updates policies annually. Manages, mentors, and develops practice coordinators, managers, and all non‑physician staff. Designs and directs the implementation of strategic plans to support existing and new clinical programs. Initiates, plans, and conducts internal and external meetings to meet departmental and institutional strategic objectives. Ensures the development of practice coordinators and managers for each respective practice/satellite area. Facilitates physician orientation to the organization and supports the establishment of new physician practices. Directs administrative responsibilities for Physician staff, including credentialing, compensation, and provider enrollment. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and directs quality improvement activities. Oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting for all clinical operations. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable. Experience Supervisory experience of 5‑7 years required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience working in a healthcare environment for 5‑7 years. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong and proven leadership skills. Ability to work with staff at all levels. Excellent time management skills. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; physician billing and revenue cycle management. Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
