Fully On-site, No Remote (temp to hire)
Pay Range; $17/hr. Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (M-F)
Job Summary of the Data Entry Specialist Position
Integr8staff seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Data Entry Specialist to enter orders, tracks port-to-warehouse drayage, and coordinates order fulfillment. Located near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, these professionals resolve shipping discrepancies, ensure 24/7 supply chain communication, and process data.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist Position
- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to inventory, quality, and customer orders
- Verify all delivery documentation including PODs and warehouse personnel receipts are uploaded correctly through the designated WMS.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Process delivery receipts, bills of lading (BOLs), and maintain accurate data in logistics software.
- Support document control by organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files
- Maintain accurate records and updates within company warehouse management systems (WMS).
Requirements of the Data Entry Specialist Position
- High school diploma or equivalent are required
- 2 years of Prior Data Entry work
- Transportation, dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems quickly
- Bilingual English/ Spanish is required.
