Commercial HVAC Service Technician $28-$34/hr + Performance Incentives | Take-Home Vehicle | Full Benefits Bluffton, SC | New Local Operation Bring Your Commercial HVAC Expertise to a Growing Team After more than 30 years serving the Lowcountry , EAC Heating and Air is expanding into Bluffton and building out our commercial HVAC service team. We're looking for a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and likes solving the kind of problems that require real troubleshooting skills. You'll be working throughout Bluffton, Rose Hill, Belfair, Okatie, Hilton Head Island, and surrounding Lowcountry areas, with the independence to manage your work in the field. The Work Every day brings something different. You'll be responsible for keeping commercial HVAC equipment operating reliably through: Diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipment Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components to identify the root cause of issues Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups Responding to service calls and determining the appropriate repair or solution Communicating professionally with customers about equipment condition and recommended repairs Documenting completed work, repairs, and service findings Maintaining high standards for safety, workmanship, and jobsite professionalism Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with rotating on-call and overtime as needed You Bring This position is designed for an experienced commercial technician who is comfortable working independently and handling service calls from diagnosis through completion. 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills beyond routine maintenance EPA Universal Certification required Ability to independently manage commercial service calls Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Commercial HVAC technical training or formal education preferred NATE Certification is a plus ServiceTitan experience is a plus Carrier commercial controls experience is a plus Take Care of Your Career EAC offers the tools and benefits that help experienced technicians do their best work: Take-Home Company Vehicle Company Phone, Tablet and Uniforms Hourly Pay + Performance-Based Incentives 60-70% Company-Paid Medical Insurance 50% Dependent Medical Coverage 50% Company-Paid Dental and Vision Company-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability IRA with 3% Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Consistent, Year-Round Work A Company Built to Last EAC Heating and Air is locally owned, established, and continuing to grow.
